FIRE-BELLIED TOAD

Fire-bellied toads belong to a primitive family of toads that are predominantly found in Europe and Southeast Asia. Whereas most frogs and toads catch prey by protruding their tongues chameleon fashion, fire-bellied toads are unable to do this so must get very close to their prey to satisfy their appetite.
